Whistleblowing Channel

VOMERA's Whistleblowing Channel allows users to report, confidentially, situations that may constitute violations, irregularities or inappropriate conduct related to the company's activities or that may affect the organisation, its employees or other individuals.

Reports should be made in good faith and based on information that the reporting person reasonably believes to be true. The channel must not be deliberately used to make false allegations or submit information that the reporting person knows to be false.

Reports may be submitted anonymously or with identification. If you choose to identify yourself, your identity will be treated confidentially and access to the information will be limited to the person responsible for receiving and handling reports, in accordance with applicable legislation.

All reports are handled in accordance with applicable legislation, including the Portuguese General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers (Law No. 93/2021 of 20 December) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Reports may, where legally permitted, also be submitted through the external reporting channels of the competent authorities. The possibility of submitting an external report depends on the conditions established under applicable legislation.
