- Information concerning the suspected violation;

- Information regarding whether the whistleblower works for the organisation;
- Name, where voluntarily provided;
- Email address, where voluntarily provided;

The data is processed exclusively for the purpose of receiving, analysing, investigating, following up and, where applicable, referring reports to the competent authorities, as well as complying with applicable legal obligations.
The identity of the whistleblower, where known, and information that may directly or indirectly reveal their identity, is treated confidentially and access is restricted to persons responsible for receiving and following up on reports, in accordance with applicable law.
Personal data that is manifestly irrelevant to the handling of a report will not be retained.
Reports are retained for the minimum period required by law, currently five years, without prejudice to their retention for the duration of any judicial or administrative proceedings relating to the report, where applicable.

The website provides information regarding employment opportunities. When users select the application option, they are directed to the relevant email service, through which they may submit their application details and documents.
