Núcleo 5 Beach - Montargil Dam

Montargil Dam – Praia do Núcleo 5 (Montalvo / Tesos), a project sponsored by the Municipality of Ponte de Sor, with a total investment of 1.65 million euros. The project includes exterior improvements, the construction of a support building, and the installation of the necessary technical infrastructure, including water supply networks, wastewater and stormwater drainage systems, electrical infrastructure, telecommunications, and HVAC systems. The project aims to enhance the recreational offerings at the Montargil Dam, boosting its appeal to tourists and improving conditions of use and comfort for visitors through the sustainable development of the surrounding area.
