CRIVA

Construction of a new social facility to house a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (ERPI) and a Home Care Service (SAD), promoted by the Vale da Amoreira Center for Retirees and the Elderly (CRIVA), with a total investment of approximately 4.2 million euros. The project involves the construction of a complex with capacity for 100 residents in the ERPI and 100 clients in the SAD, located in Marinha dos Loios, Lavradio. The project encompasses the complete construction of the building and its infrastructure, including living quarters, common areas, support services, and outdoor landscaping. This investment aims to strengthen social services for the elderly by creating appropriate conditions for care, comfort, and support, and by contributing to improving the quality of life for the elderly population and providing home care in the surrounding community.
