Construction of the Oeiras Golfe 117 villa, in Casal de Cabanas, Oeiras, integrated into the Oeiras Golfe & Residence development. With a T4 layout, the contemporary architectural project is organized into two L-shaped volumes, prioritizing solar orientation, the connection with the garden and swimming pool, and thermal and acoustic comfort.
